Do you offer free shipping? Yes, we do! When ordering from the US, you’ll be eligible for free shipping on purchases over $90. and we also offer free shipping for International orders over $130.
Can I combine multiple orders? Yes, as long as your first order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us ASAP to let us know to combine your order and we’ll refund you any extra postage fees.
How much is shipping? Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on the weight and dimensions of your total order. You can get an estimate in the shopping cart.
When will my order ship? We will usually ship 1-2 days after processing your order.
When will I get my order?Processing takes 1-2 days and we’ll ship on the first business day after processing your order. Shipping speeds depends on where you are but for US orders you should receive your order within 10 days from ordering, usually less. For international orders it the estimates are 1 – 3 weeks. Sometimes it might take a bit longer due to your package having to go through customs. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Help I haven’t received my order! Don’t worry, here’s what you can do: check the tracking info for your package and contact your local post office. If you’re still not able to locate your package, please contact me so I can help you find out what happened!
What if there are problems with my order? If you’re not happy with your order please contact us within thirty days of receiving your package via thecontact page or email us at email@example.com. We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your order and we’ll work with you to correct any issues.
Will I be charged custom fees on international orders?Unfortunately, when ordering online, it’s likely you’ll have to pay customs fees at some point in time. For this reason we recommend you become familiar with your country’s custom duty policies, and be prepared for the possibility of having to pay fees. In the event you do have to pay customs for your order, please be aware that we’re not responsible for paying these for you.
Do you dye custom orders? Yes! at the moment we have a minimum order quantity of 3 skeins for custom orders, contact me for more detail.
What if the yarn I want is out of stock? Sorry you missed that one! You can sign up for our newsletter and follow us on Instagram to stay up to date on when our next shop update is to make sure you grab the yarns you like. They go fast!
What if the colorway I want is not available in my favorite base? Most of our colorways will first become available on our Steady Sock base, and will usually come back in different bases on later updates. If you really need a specific colorway, consider our dyed to order option.
Do you sell wholesale? At the moment our yarns are available is select stores, listed on our homepage. If you’re interested in carrying our yarns in your store,contact us!
How do I get a discount? When you subscribe to our VIP list, called the Yarnsider Club, you’ll get a 20% discount code to use on your order. You’ll find a signup form at the bottom of this page

Refunds & Exchanges
Please get in touch with us if you are not happy with your purchase. We will always work with our customers to find reasonable solutions.
We accept exchanges up to 30 days after order receipt. The product must be in the same condition as when it arrived. Yarn must still be in skein form and odor free.
Unless the exchange is due to an error on our part or damage was incurred during shipping, the customer will pay for postage when returning the item.
How to care for your yarn
Handwashing is best
We highly recommend hand-washing your projects. If your yarn is superwash (most of ours are) you can machine wash on a gentle cycle inside a garment bag.
Use cool water
All wool yarns do best when washed in cool water. Using warm & hot water might dull your yarn's color and could felt your yarn if it's not superwash.
Use a mild soap
Using a gentle soap, like Eucalan, will make sure your garment stays looking fresh for a long time!
Excess dye happens
Some minor color bleeding (very light-pale color) is normal and may happen in the first few washes, kind of like new jeans. This is just excess dye that hasn't been absorbed by the yarn, and shouldn't affect the other colors in your project either, so don't worry!
If your yarn is bleeding a lot, first make sure you're using cool to cold water and a mild detergent or wool wash and if it continues to bleed please let me know so I can help you figure out what's going on!
Lay flat to dry
Lay your finished project flat to dry for best results.
too much exposure to sunlight
Most dye colors used to dye yarn are fairly light-fast, which means they will not fade very much when exposed to the sun, but a lot of the super bright or neon colors are not as light-fast as other dyes might be and will fade/become lighter when exposed to the sun over time.
